Senior Performance Marketer (M/F/D)
Your tasks:
✔︎ Conception, creation, distribution and analysis of cross-platform performance & growth strategies.
✔︎ Interdisciplinary collaboration and management of conception, content creation, community & performance marketers.
✔︎ Customer-oriented project management as well as strategic customer development.
✔︎ Independent management and planning of media budgets, allocation of budget for all channels with the goal of continuous improvement of ROI.
✔︎ Continuous optimizations of campaigns based on A/B tests
✔︎ Data analysis and creation of KPI-based performance reports
✔︎Set-up and management of social media ads campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn platforms
PAID INTERNSHIP IN DIGITAL MARKETING (M/F/D)
Your possible tasks:
✔︎ You will support our Performance Marketing team in the implementation of concepts and communication strategies for our clients.
✔︎ Together with our social media managers, you will manage our clients’ social media channels (community management, content creation, research & planning, issue management on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Xing, etc.)
Working student & graphic communication design (F/M/D) – part-time
Your tasks:
✔︎ Support DCBerlin and our customers in getting to a new visual level
✔︎ Help to improve the digital presence of our customers and support our team with communicative assets such as brand books and landing pages
✔︎ Developed attractive digital advertising material for our presentations and website
✔︎ Find creative solutions for our touchpoints/channels and tasks
✔︎ Develop our brand guidelines and your own marketing assets
AI Innovation Intern (M/F/D)
Your possible tasks:
✔︎ Support in the implementation of AI tools in internal and clients processes
✔︎Create Prompts
✔︎Keep overview and update on latest AI developments
✔︎Effective coordination and independent advancement of initiatives and projects on the topic of AI at DCBerlin (eg “AI Breakfast”)
