With our sub-brand DCPolitics, we also accompany political and public stakeholders into a digital era. From our office in Berlin Friedrichshain, our team of 11 manages seven-figure annual advertising budgets and global campaigns.
To strengthen our team we are looking for a new team member, as soon as possible, in the role of:
HEAD OF PERFORMANCE MARKETING: SOCIAL ADS (M/F/D)
Your tasks:
✔︎ Conception, creation, distribution and analysis of cross-platform performance & growth strategies
✔︎ Interdisciplinary collaboration and management of conception, content creation, community & performance marketers
✔︎ Customer-oriented project management as well as strategic customer development
✔︎ Independent management and planning of media budgets, budget allocation for all channels with the goal of continuous ROI improvement
✔︎ Continuous optimizations of campaigns based on A/B tests
✔︎ Data analysis and creation of KPI-based performance reports
✔︎ Set-up and management of social media ads campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn platforms
What you bring to the table:
✔︎ Several years of professional experience in growth & digital marketing in a high-growth start-up or corporate environment
✔︎ Excellent skills in data analysis and interpretation of complex marketing campaigns
✔︎ Experience in interacting with and managing appreciative and long-term customer relationships
✔︎ Experience in developing innovative growth approaches to generate high-quality traffic and conversions
✔︎ Solid expertise in key performance marketing tools (Facebook Business Manager, Google Stack, reporting tools, Excel, etc.)
✔︎ Excellent written and verbal communication skills: our motto: We rather over-communicate than under-communicate
✔︎ Independent, results-oriented way of working, as well as analytical and strategic thinking
✔︎ Knowledge of German and English
✔︎ Interest in forward-looking & current developments in the areas of data analysis, digitalization, marketing and technologies
